ABOUT THIS PROGRAM

This program was developed by Dorothy Gilmour, drawing on the Our Watch Respectful Relationships Education Toolkit, the eSafety Commissioner's guidance on young people and online safety, and Australian respectful relationships curriculum resources current as at September 2026.

It is designed as a stand-alone eight-week unit that can be delivered in a school, youth group or community setting by a trained facilitator. It sits comfortably alongside — but does not replace — a school's existing Respectful Relationships curriculum and child safety obligations.

Sanita is an experienced, long-time yoga and meditation instructor with the Art of Living Foundation. Having been involved with the organization since 2000, she specializes in teaching the foundation's signature breathing techniques, organizing mental health and well-being workshops, and coordinating community programs across Melbourne.

The Art of Living Foundation is a global, volunteer-driven NGO established in 1981 by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. The non-profit is renowned for its stress-elimination and mental health initiatives, operating in over 150 countries.

Where: The Club Caroline Springs - Dunes Room

When: 7pm to 8pm

Thank you for helping us raise funds to help build toilets and hand washing facilities at the Government High School, Gillesugur in the Raichur district of Karnataka, South India and for our other Rotary Projects as we create lasting impact.

Alice Jordan-Baird MP will be hosting a Scams Forum on Friday 13 November, from 10:30am–11:30am, with Dr Daniel Mulino MP, Assistant Treasurer and Minister for Financial Services.

The forum will provide an opportunity for local residents to learn more about scams, how to protect themselves and their families, and where to seek support.

We would love for WERN and Caroline Springs Rotary to be involved by hosting an information stall/table at the event and encouraging your members and community to attend.

We will provide further information, including the venue and event details, shortly. In the meantime, we would be grateful if you could save the date.

Thank you for your kind invitation for our LSC Interact club to participate at one of  your weekly meetings in preparation for celebrating the  World Interact Day-2 8 November 2026.

We look forward to engaging with our local sponsor- The Rotary Club of Caroline Springs to unveil a community project within our school community during the World Interact Week this year.
